Q. How big is a room?
Answer:
Pricing on a room is based on an area of 12 X 15. If the room is larger and just the traffic areas are being cleaned then that is taken into consideration. However, if you have a living room dining room combo that would equate to 2 rooms. Or, if there is a larger master bedroom with a walk in closet a two room charge would likely apply.
Do you move furniture?
Answer:
Aside from extenuating circumstances furniture should be moved prior to your appointment. If you need help moving a couple things Mark will be happy to help.
What can I do to prepare for my appointment?
Answer:
Please make sure the driveway is unoccupied so the van can be as close to the cleaning as possible. As long as the power is on (vacant landlord properties) all the van needs for the machine is an outside water hose hookup (water has to be on at the property). If you can, have major debris, toys, etc cleaned up before the appointment it is appreciated. If you and the kids are going to hang out during the appointment I always enjoy the company. Please be aware (especially if children or older dogs are present) that they or you walk from the wet carpet or tile to another dry area the floor will be very slippery.
Is pet treatment an additional charge?
Answer:
Yes, urine, feces, and vomit require additional products and different pet odor removal systems. The products that New Braunfels Cleaning uses are second to none. Simply put, if the pet areas are not being cleaned with the most effective products the first time, less than adequate results occur.

How often should I clean my carpets?
Answer:
It always depends on how much traffic and how many occupants. The recommended frequency for cleaning by carpet manufacturers is at least once every 4-6 months. Why? Regardless of how good they look there is a lot of dust and other lovely stuff in your carpet due to it acting as an air filter.

Cash, check, Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover. At this time we are not accepting digital currency or paypal.
Do you apply Scotchgard?
Answer:
Yes, depending on the size of the room the cost is on average $25 for each room.
If we have fleas will carpet cleaning take care of our flea problem?
Answer:
Definitely not, if there is a single flea present in the home or business you will need to contact a pest control company to exterminate. A proper flea extermination requires 2 appointments which usually takes a week to completely eradicate.
